Our Projects

SecondHeart prepares and provides nutritional meals for the homeless and underserved populations in across Southern Californian counties. We value our partnerships across Kern County and look forward to building relationships in Los Angeles County.

With your financial help we can strengthen our communities, provide opportunities for individuals to feel seen, feel heard, and know that they are not alone to care for themselves. 

Our upcoming project involves giving menstrual health products to women and girls who suffer from homelessness. Our gifting will involve organic cotton tampons and pads as well as plant-derived wipes. We value our partnerships across Kern County and look forward to building relationships in Los Angeles County.
